My Diabetes Story
My diabetes diagnosis came as a surprise. I had no major symptoms, only slightly increased urination. It was during my company’s annual medical check-up in early 2023 that I discovered my HbA1c was around 7–7.5.
There was a family history, both my parents were diabetic but I hadn’t expected to develop the condition so early. Once diagnosed, I was put on medication. At the time, my weight was 140 kg, and I knew I had to act quickly.
How I Discovered FFD
Interestingly, I had attended a session by Dr. Pramod Tripathi 5–6 years ago, not as a diabetic, but in search of weight loss solutions. So, when I got diagnosed, I already knew about FFD. The trust was there. I officially joined Batch 75 on 22nd February 2025.

Reversal Journey
By 25th March 2025, just over a month after joining, I was off all diabetes medication. My HbA1c dropped from 9.1 to 5.5. The impact was rapid and powerful.
My weight, which had remained high for over 10–15 years due to a sedentary lifestyle, also started dropping. From 140 kg, I came down to 123 kg. The goal is to bring it below 100 kg, and I’m on track.
Current Health & Medications
Apart from diabetes, I’ve been on medication for BP and cholesterol.
While those dosages haven't changed yet, I’m confident that with continued effort and FFD’s support, I’ll be able to reduce those too.
My energy levels are up, and I feel much more active and lighter than before.
Inner Work & Emotional Wellness
I’ve attended FFD’s Inner Transformation sessions but haven’t yet been regular with practices like meditation or journaling due to time constraints.
I plan to give more time to it in the coming months.
Athletic Identity
I haven’t yet discovered my athletic identity fully. I don’t enjoy cycling but I see myself taking up gym workouts soon.
For now, I follow a structured home-based exercise routine and plan to step it up as my weight drops further.
Current Lifestyle & Reflection
I follow FFD protocols sincerely. My diet is clean, and my physical activity is consistent.
Though it's been just a few months, I’ve seen a huge shift – physically and mentally.
